Little Piney Island is a vibrant community of 64 homesites nestled in the marshes of Fernandina Beach, Florida! With commanding views of the Amelia River, the Intercoastal Waterway and Kingsley Creek, this island community's picturesque natural beauty has been maintained through thoughtful development. Many of the homes have docks with access to deep water. The island abounds with southern live oak trees draped with Spanish moss that shade the lawns and provide a welcoming canopy to the community's roads. Being just west of the Thomas Shave Jr. bridge and right off SR-200 places the community a mere 3 miles from the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island and provides convenient access for all of your shopping needs. With the first homes built in 1989 and new homes constructed over the past few years, the community sports a mix of architectural styles.
Our Property Owners Association is a fully registered non-profit corporation in the state of Florida, Nassau County. Our HOA property is managed by Galphin Real Estate Services CAM in North Florida. Our website is owned and operated by the Little Piney Island Property Owners Association. On this community website you will find much of our community information and documents.
